Lance Doss

After years of touring the world as a professional musician, Lance Doss made the choice to come off the road and try his hand at the business world. Given the opportunity to learn the executive recruiting space, he has built a successful career in executive recruitment across two decades. Beginning with technology roles for law firms, Lance has expanded his expertise into professional services including law firms, consulting firms, accounting firms, and the insurance business.

Lance still enjoys playing music and hanging out with his two sons, attending concerts, sporting events and movies. He continues to provide excellent service to his clients and candidates, is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association and occasionally mixes his two passions; recruiting and music, by performing at professional recruiting events.
